  4. How many simultaneous users can have access?

    It depends on the package you subscribe to.  For example, if you have a package for three users then all three users registered by you can have access at the same time.  Each user will be tracked by their User ID and Password.
  5. What about training? 

    You will receive Free training for you and your team.  Once you have registered, one of our certified trainers will contact you to set up a training time for your collective marketing team.  The training session will be for thirty minutes via the Web and conference calling.  There is also an online user’s guide for your access 24/7.
  6. What about support?

    Email support is included with your subscription.  Use it as often as you need.  Our goal is to respond within 24 hours or less.  If it is a technical problem, we will provide you with access to a technical support person.
  7. Can I add the optional features at any time?

    Yes.  As the Administrator, you can add additional options at anytime.  However, the options are renewable with your registration anniversary date.
